Test

First, our team created interview questions aimed to find out how pet owners manage their pet's health day-to-day, what barriers they face when accessing veterinary care, and how they seek out community and information — helping us identify where a digital solution could most meaningfully support their needs.

Here's what we found:

Vet costs, distance, and time are the biggest barriers to pet care. Users universally Google symptoms first, keep health records inconsistently, and while in-person pet communities feel natural, robust online alternatives remain largely undiscovered.
